Hello, Houseguests!

Now that you've had some time to get to know one another, we think it's only fair that democracy decides who picks up the first Head of Household. We hope you've made a good impression on your fellow Houseguests because you are now being asked to rank each of them - AND YOURSELVES - on who you would most like to see pick up all the power in this first round of the competition.

In your Diary Rooms, create a thread called 'First Impressions', and rank all 14 Houseguests from who you would most like to see as HOH (Number 1), all the way down to who you would least like to see as HOH (Number 14).

For example, if I wanted Theodora to win HOH, but wouldn't mind Jennifer winning, and definitely didn't want to win myself, my list would look like this:

1. Theodora
2. Jennifer
3. Gale

The Houseguest, or Houseguests, with the highest average score, will become the first Head of Household(s)! They will be responsible for choosing who will be put up on the Block this week, and compete in our first Power of Veto competition.

Your lists will not be made public, but the average score of EVERY Houseguest will be revealed, whether you win, or whether you finish bottom of the pack.

You CAN discuss your rankings with other players.

Your list must be completed in your Diary Room by 6:00 p.m. ET. You can edit your list as many times as you like before this time. Results will be announced shortly after. Nominations will be expected within an hour of the results. Good luck!

We'll give a short extension while the lists that are submitted by 6:00 p.m. ET are amended. Any not submitted by 6:00 p.m. won't be counted.

No, lists must stay the same if you have submitted them with you in them. If lists were submitted before 6, without you in them, you can submit your name somewhere in the list, but you cannot change the order of everyone else.

As a consequence, they will both be ineligible for this HOH, and also unable to compete in the next.
