Relationships in horror movies are an important trope of the genre. How would Drew Barrymore’s Casey Becker have threatened the voice on the other end of the phone with an ass-whooping, without her football-playing boyfriend Steve around? Of course, we all know how that ended…

Once again, your horror knowledge is to be tested. At 8pm EST, a list of 10 characters from horror movies will be posted in THIS thread, to which you must respond with whether or not they had a partner in the horror film listed AND, if that partner survived the film.

For example, if I said ‘Gale Weathers - Scream 4’, your answer would be ‘Dewey Riley - Alive’, because Dewey and Gale were married in Scream 4, and Dewey survived in that film. If I named a character that didn’t have a partner, your answer should simply be ‘None’.
