Day 1

Tree is positioning themselves really well early on. They seem to have a lot of allies already. So long as people don't clock and take notes on that, they should have a pretty easy early game. Not wanting HOH until the Killer Twist is over is also a great move, which they should be able to pull off if their allegiances pull through for them in the first three weeks.

Tatum and Sidney are also doing well, despite being positioned as a duo from jump, and a trio with Mindy by those who know the Scream franchise.

I think that Sheila is going to do well early on as well, so long as they're able to maintain that friendly front with everybody. They're jokey, cordial, unafraid to be funny and themselves. I'm intrigued to see how it all plays out for them.

Mary is suffering from a late move-in which really sucks. I was excited to see them play and see how they got on, but they were given their login details when everybody was told the forum had opened up so it's just a matter of them being busy in their real life, I think. Same with Carrie, though they are slightly more active.

Samara is a hot mess, I have no idea why they're coming in so hot but it is hilarious and I have already cried laughing at their exchange with Penelope, who did well to deflect the spotlight from burning down on them so early. If they had bitten back and fought, I fear the two of them would be super early targets.

More thoughts later when I'm more awake... It's Mother's Day in the UK today so I'm dividing my time between being a good son/grandson and here! My Mum's actually going out soon with my sister to a concert thing and I'm looking after my brother so I should have some more time to digest everything.

Also from a hosting point of view, it is such a strange thing to see your game come to life. The sense of pride and excitement! To see such an active and engaged cast. I'm BURSTING. And I have such incredible co-hosts. Feeling blessing.

Thomasin should not have given our Killer the idea to nominate them every week so the list of suspects can remain short. They've also inadvertently given the other Houseguests the idea that they will be able to narrow down their suspect list if they take out the person that the Killer nominates each week - assuming that the Killer wouldn't be bold enough to nominate themselves. Gonna be an interesting first week for our lil Thomasin.

Our Killer may be in danger quicker than any of us could have imagined! They're not doing a great job of diverting attention away from themselves, but with that being said, there are one or two other guesses that some Houseguests have which may tip the scales of a majority vote away from them...

Tree and Sheila continue to be social Queens and honestly, I feel like Mindy has a real opportunity to come in and be one of them, too. They're SO likeable and I think that's something the Houseguests feel as well as those of us who are hosting.

Mary is likely going home because if she doesn't come online before the 24 hours are up to compete in Veto, which is looking more likely by the hour, then I'll just instant evict her without a vote.

Carrie needs to put some work in after a relatively quiet first day, so she'll be hoping Mary doesn't come online so she can continue to work on her social game.

Our Killer is in a lot of danger. They survived by the skin of their teeth in the first Killer vote, and if the House wants to test the waters again after the next eviction, then they'll be out of the door. Their focus must be on shifting the spotlight elsewhere, but they're doing so in such a blatant way already that it may just be a matter of time before they're booted.

Mary went home because she never logged on, which was sad. I was excited to see the person behind her character play.

There's a new alliance set up between the Scream and Nightmare franchise girls, which I think could be a really powerful unit if they manage to actually stick together in this game. They've got to look out for people like Tree and Clear though, amongst others, as I know there are plenty of people who will assume they're together based on their character choices.

I'm stanning Mindy more and more every day. She's proving that you can be a complete newbie to the forum games and still gain some ground. I'm most excited to see her journey right now.

Rhonda is hilarious and I think she's gonna start rubbing people the wrong way at some point. Not just yet, but it's coming.

Thomasin played a great move in telling everyone to vote for them for Killer so they could be cleared. People didn't listen, but I think that's because they now genuinely believe Thomasin to be innocent.

When I tell you hosting this game is STRESSFUL! I'm so thankful to have such angels on-side in Amber and Jill. I wouldn't have been able to do this without them, that's for sure. I'd have had a breakdown by now and clicked 'DELETE FORUM'.

Tree is beginning to raise some suspicions when it comes to being so well liked. Hopefully, she'll be able to manage that threat level, because it's still early game and we've got a handful of evictions to go before Jury Phase.

Sheila and Rhonda I feel like are playing some of the smartest games right now? They're well-liked, like Tree, but seem to be keeping it on the down low for now. I did think Rhonda would be annoying people by now but that's not happened yet!

Thomasin has shown her cards early. She's good at comps and she may have inadvertently diverted attention away from Clear and her incredible score for the last HOH competition, by winning the first two Veto competitions in a row...

Carrie needs to get more active, or I fear she's gonna be straight back up on the block next round. There's also a lot of work to be done by Kia, who isn't serving the most social game right now. There are a couple of others who are doing the same, but in a way where they still blend into the background. Sidney and Penelope for example. I feel like they're not as involved as a lot of people but, they're still doing just enough to remain above water.

Sad to see our Killer twist come to an end on Week 2, but I think it's probably best for all of our sanity that it does. It's just a shame that Carol Anne hasn't been as active as she would've liked, because I think she could've done a great job with it! I'll definitely be bringing the twist back in Season 2 if it happens, but there will be some ironing out to do.

So... what an HOH for Tree! She's been exposed here a little (well a lot actually) as someone who came to play and someone unafraid to make moves. This early on in the game, it can be both a good and a bad thing. It's good, because people will want to keep her around for now to deflect attention away from themselves. It's bad, because people will now recognise her as a threat throughout the entire game, so her mid to end-game status is in jeopardy. She's gonna have to play even harder now if she has a wish of making it to the finals.

Thomasin served up bad bitch KUNT this episode and I'm all for it. I don't think she's long for this world because she is threatening af but I hope she has a lot of fight left in her so we get more chaos.

Someone who I actually think is doing an incredible job of being a part of conversations from the shadows right now is Penelope. She's got a couple of houseguests that don't like her vibe, but they're not exactly the sort that are winning competitions, or even plan to, just yet. With bigger fish to fry, I think she's setting herself up extremely well, at least for now.

Tatum is serving the best Diary Room entries. I go to her every morning to get an update and a read on how the game is playing out so she's definitely a frontrunner for best confessionals this season. Love how she's playing and I hope she manages to keep doing well.

Sidney also serving, though I do think the spotlight on her is a little stronger than on some others.

I have more thoughts! But I have work to do.

Not me being a flop at blogging my own game!

Honestly, I love all the chaos that has been brought already. That sums up my thoughts. I feel as though frontrunners are Tatum, Tree and potentially Sheila right now?

I was shocked at Sidney being sent home. I thought she had a lot of allies and, so did she, but when the opportunity came to take a swing, the Houseguests didn't wanna miss. I think she showed herself to be a threat by over-aligning a little bit, so that may have been why her downfall came. I'm super glad she made Jury though because she is iconic and has been probably one of the best at hiding her identity, which I truly appreciate.

Right now, I think those playing the best game are Tatum, Mindy and Sheila. Tree found herself in a bit of hot water during her HOH and I'm not sure the spotlight is completely off her just yet, unfortunately, otherwise she'd be in this group as well. People are starting to realise how well Mindy gets on with everybody, so that could cause trouble for her moving forward, but she seems to have a personality that can see her through.

Tatum is playing the middle ground SO well, and Sheila is realigning herself to that position, especially with these smart noms.

Rooting for Mindy was easy. They're such a loveable personality and I'm so glad to have introduced them to the forum side of BB ORGs through Big Brother Horror. I hope they had a great time because I know all of the hosts have really enjoyed seeing them shine. Gone too soon but, over the moon they made Jury and will help pick a winner of the season.

This game really feels wide open right now. Samara may be about to enter her comp beast era after that super fast Veto pickup. Carrie may make it to the end of the game by simply being dragged there because, unless she does something exciting, fast, nobody is going to want to vote for her to win.

Tree, Sheila, Penelope all have the spotlight burning brightly on them right now. Gonna be interesting to see how they navigate everything moving forward.

Tatum and Samara my current faves. Sheila, Penelope, Clear all sat firmly in the headlights and probably not long for this world unless they can pull something special outta their butts.

Tree not being nominated once and everyone else having touched the block is sexy yup yup.

Also, the fact that Veto has been used every single week so far is hilarious to me. These Houseguests are cracked. I do wish half of them would remember this game isn't actually for a million dollars and would just chill out a bit, but I understand the emotions and the pressure cooker that this game can be, even when it's online and supposedly anonymous. Assumptions become truths, suspicions become realities; it's nuts.

I hope Tatum survives the block. She has been a pleasure to host from the very start and not caused me a single headache. She deserves to make it further for sure. I can't say the same for Miss SHEILA who has DEFINITELY caused me headaches lmfao, but I know she's a competitor who will put her whole ass into winning next HOH if she DOES remain here.

I actually want Tatum to win this game so bad! I think she's done an incredible job of playing the middle ground all season, just a little bit better than Tree. I hope if she makes F2, the Jury reward her with the win. Plus, watching her spiral in the DR is always a good time. She's given us the best confessionals all season. No drama. An all-rounder.
